After Sales Customer Support
There is a lot more to web design than just creating a web site. As well as factors like good design, optimisation and great images you also need to know that the company you have chosen to create your site will still be there to provide you with backup should you have a problem or an alteration for your site.
I provide free support for all my clients, there is no time limit on this support and you can ask me as many questions as you like. Most of my clients are setting up websites for the first time and have a few questions and queries after their site goes live, so I am happy to provide after sales support.
Any slight alterations to the website design are also carried out for free. Payment of my final invoice for the completion of a website doesn't mean I leave you to your own devices and you may find that you need to make a tweak here or there or perhaps alter some content on your site.
Any major alterations or additions to your site, such as the addition of an online shop will obviously carry a cost implication.
All support enquiries are handled via email initially and telephone conversations can be arranged thereafter if required. We answer all enquiries within 24 hours.

I use third party companies to host my websites and have selected them carefully to ensure that they are established reliable companies, with a view to providing you with the best performance possible for your site.
On the odd occasion these companies may experience a technical problem (like all companies), we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for your site, but should any problems come to our attention we will deal with it immediately.
